I can confirm that the QP MP44 is a re branded AGM MP44, a couple of slight differences, wood colour (better IMHO) the stock pin has a retaining spring so it won't slip out, and an extra internal screw next to the brass tube the stock pin slides into, this could have been fixed on the AGM as the one i used for comparison was one of the first released one, same manual just new front page.
I recently got an unpainted AGM MP44 from Airsoft World and it had all of those features on it, except the stock colour of course; mines came unstained.
