today was just looking through some pictures and came across this...
Just thought it looked nice, reminded me of a mounted Bren!
Anyone know if these special tripod parts were ever mass produced? As the carry handle has been modified to fit the pintle and the rear has a leather belt which holds in a special T&E part which attches to the trigger guard.

must have been very late as thinkt he carry handel only came in then and was hardly used at all
never seen it been used maybe a concept , but would be cool if it was , as at the moment my 50 cal does not look like it will make the tripod any time soon lol
Well the pictures are dated July 1944 but just found from the same site that the phrase EXP was used in the document so maybe experimental. Shame as it looked cool but probaly very un-needed at that point of the war.
