WAFFMAN,

Yes- that is actually a somewhat common malmedy....er uh malady of Tanaka Lugers, if you use Greengas in them.

A little super-glue on the raised rib, slide in back in place and you should be good-to-go.

...and yes, I speak from greengas experience :(

Slainte!

sober lol :) yes Im using duster gas, butane gas have to low presure and only use in very sunny days, I have leaking mags and I was shooting it whitout bbs when sundely  I have to say that Im very proud of it is very resistent Ive never shoot it whit forane cuz here in my country cant find it and people that brings airsoft stuff only brings greengas I have 6 months whit it and it is my only airsoft gun at the moment so I use it allways
I need my 98k #&?@ credit card, pages were I try to buy it dont accept it

PD: little super-glue? sure it works? I was kind of thinking on prepare some epoxic but iff you say it works Im gonna try it to lazy this days to prepare it

Sí, trabajó muy bien para mí

-Just understand that the super glue will 'fix' it, meaning the barrel will stay on-

But if you continue your greengas using ways, its only a matter of time before it fails again, and then, it will likely fail completely, breaking at the points that were super-glued.

Bottom line, Tanaka's aren't made to handle greengas :(

I know cuz they are japanese guns, thats why I dont run it whit it, I use duster gas "tetrafluorethane" before I buyed the luger I read a lot of stuff about gases and it said something like the forane and tetrafluorethane haved much similar reactiond to weather, haved the same presure etc etc.
then I didnt find any duster gas so I triyed whit BUTANE not propane and butane actually haves les dpi than duster gas so it only make the luger works in very sunny days what Im triying to say is that has far has I can I take care of my luger cuz I luv it :) I have runed it whit greengas only one time and it was a night skirmish and was cold so my luger didnt run whit the butane
PD: you speak spanish?
