I take it you mean it works its way off the end of the barrel? If so, try replacing the plastic C clip that holds the unit to the barrel.
If you mean the hop-up unit works its way off the air nozzle, then you're missing the little metal plate that holds the hop-up unit onto the front of the gearbox!
*EDIT*
Doh! just realised that you're talking about "hop creep", not the unit itself physically coming off the end of the barrel.
First thing i'd check is that the cap that secures the rotating collar on the hop unit is all in one piece and "locked in position" as such.
