Hi, first post. Thought I'd post some pics of my Artillery Luger rig. I saw that Evike recently got the snail drum magazine for the WE Luger back in stock. I've always thought that they looked really cool, but there is only one Luger that they look the best on and that's the Artillery Luger. So I bought both the Drum mag and Artillery luger and then hunted around and found the shoulder stock and holster to complete the rig. Not surprising but the catch on the stock wasn't even close to fitting the butt of the Luger. So I got out the dermal tool and after a very long time of carefully grinding and test fitting finally got the stock to fit the Luger perfectly. It was a lot of work but I think the results were worth it. Makes a really6 imposing rig when it's all together. Sort of a Luger carbine. Let me know what you all think of it.
So... awesome... must... resist...

Damn, that looks good.
Armoury: AGM MP40, AGM Sten MkII, K98K/vsr and Maruzen P38.
Really great. You that the WE Luger will accept cold bluing except for the barrel, that is made of aluminium? There is every chance that your rig can be impossible to tell apart from a WWI jewel.
This was the real steel I tried to copy
This was using 'Schnellbrunierung' from Ballistol. Odorless, cheap, lasts forever.
Concrats on your aquirement. (I think it's awesome)

that's a really nice rig Number 6 ,i love my mouser broom handle with wood stock as well but i don't like the idea of using it holstered as a side arm because its a huge thing on a belt, erifmann that look's beautiful as well i'm glad you left it looking un weathered ,when you see real ones in the flesh they never look that weathered but still very new looking.

Give me a big enough hammer and a place to stand and I could fix the world.
i'll kill a man in a fair fight or if i think he's going to start a fair fight or over a woman or.......
a problem shared is a problem halved ,but an advantage shared is no advantage at all
if a job's not worth doing then its certainly not worth doing well

efrimann, that luger looks great, just the right amount of wear, not overdone but looks like a well used real steel Luger.
dadio, Yes, I can't imagine wearing a Mauser on your belt. I have a Mauser with the shoulder stock and it is very heavy. Fortunately, the Luger has a shoulder strap so it's much more comfortable.
Nurglitch, Cool photo, Looks like British commandos with a captured Luger? With a commando behind him carrying a tommy gun with a drum magazine.
