This is what happens, when you get the "want one NOW!" Bug........I'm convincing myself I need two, in case one breaks.......but really I'm just greedy.

It's a lovely gun. Where did you get it?

Regards,

Ralph

The one on the left, bought from this site, from Manxie, last weekend, the other one is nearly new, have been pestering a friend for it, for a while, as soon as I buy one, from here, Tuesday night he said I could buy his one!.....I could have said no, but I have been a nuisance to get it from him. .......hence TWO!

I'm using .2s, and the best make that's available at the time of buying, mainly use Valken bio. I shall try different weights, but first must sort front sights on both guns, one fires left,......and one fires right!
One has a loose front sight, easy fix, the other will have to come apart, or maybe just a loosen up, and re-align.

You want to get them both crono'd as out of the box they shoot over 400fps ,be a shame to find out on the day that they are hot and can't use them.

Already done chrono' the newer one is 390fps the older one fluctuates a little but is near as dammit to 350fps,
I have got in my possession a new version 2 specna g/box with QD so will be fitting that along with a quality hop unit when it comes, then dead easy spring changes, might attempt to make an old v2 case to QD, I have a few old cases in case the first attempt is a disaster! not expecting to skirmish with these until next year anyway.
got plenty to do, weathering, stock strip and stain,.............sights first!

While I'm on the stg thoughts, would like to make a telescopic sight for one of them, I don't think the actual mount will be problem to copy, but to get a "lookalike" actual sight might take a bit of searching around.
