Hi, im new to the forum and are looking for an airsoft weapon.

my requirements are a spring/co2 rifle under £200 preferably lower but at a stretch I could go to 200. Plus the site must include a two tone option/ the weapon is two tone.

I don't mind doing some custom work/ the weapon is second hand. This is something I'm would like to do: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ERkJSBfvn8U .

Thanks,
Ethan

So you want a sort of generic ww2 period looking bolt action rifle ?
How about one of these.... https://bbguns4less.co.uk/products/hfc-vsr11-bolt-action-spring-sniper-rifle-ha-232.html
Then get a few bits of wood, shape them up, and you end up with something like this...

I wouldn't reccomend any of the Mosins currently on the market, the Zeta Labs clones (PPS, KA, Red Fire) all use a terrible loading system which breaks frequently and barely works when it doesn't. The only other option is he Wingun M44 carbine, a reliable gun with a much more sensible magazine system but with the issues that haunt all Wingun replicas, ludicrous high FPS and absolutely no hop whatsoever. Tragic really, a basic hop and a more sensible FPS and it'd be a lovely gun, you can add these things yourself but it's a lot of work. On top of which it's an M44 carbine which was uncommon at best, you can remove the guts and drop them into an M91/30 but this involves hollowing out the stock and fabricating an outer barrel, more work. The answer? Build one based of a VSR or BAR-10

I've fired a bullet on every continent. Nearly hit someone, too.

You won't get any sort of WW2 bolt action rifle for under £200. You'll need to convert a VSR or similar.

Slicks conversion is nice. All you really need to do is make a piece to cover up the barrel (or just wrap it in scrim).

You might get a cheap rifle second hand of course.

Cheers

A VSR is a good bet, by son did a Mosin Nagant look alike based on a VSR...

This is the standard plastic stock shaped and painted to look like wood, with some shaped plastic piping for the front wood set. This can be converted back to a standard modern VSR for open days by using a standard stock...

I hope this helps :D
