I remmeber they didnt have 98ks in stock and then both of them have it in stock now my doubt is why tanaka works should build some g versions and some non g version mausers?
In wgc they have the k98 whit other code that the g version one say like "TW-RG-98K" this is the one they have in stock and is cheaper than the G version (its not in stock) $459.00
now the g version says "TW-RG-98KGV" $480.00
I was planing to buy from redwolf but I rather to buy some one whos not liying to me even if it is not the g version (I rather g version) but I dont care I just whant my k98 now I could buy a g version conversion kit later isnt?
heres redwolf 438$ why if this is "g version" dropped the price that much?

I could be an a luftwaffe ace you know?..........................................................................Die Unsichtbare Waffe!
Can anyone explain what is the G version? , I take it it's not the short "mountain" one , but does it relate to the adjustable bolt or not?
The 'G' version is power restricted to comply with Japanese law I believe. It can be modded to pre-G spec.
I'm sure Kermit will give the ins and outs of this when he is on line.
