I use 1500mAh 9.6V and 8.4V and change them lunchtime if needs be.

Thanks. I have a lathe, and a new milling machine is on its way. Would it be worthwhile to just replace the cylinder and/or head, rather than faffing...

Glad I could clear that up for you. How did you change the nozzle position in the cylinder head and tappet? Is there a tutorial somewhere?
