Looks good to me. I've only played this site once, but I think it would work fine for a 'combat mission' type game, in fact we could even go with a similar script to the one at Patton Stalled.

Best to arrange a site visit asap as my diary is (as usual) full of stuff. Want to suggest some dates in Feb/March/April for a visit?

OK, at present I can manage:

any weekend in February apart from the 27th/28th. Might have a re-enactment event on the 13th, but haven't confirmed yet.
March 5/6 and March 12/13 (need to be back not too late on the 5th)
9th April, 16/17th April, 23rd April (maybe - possible St Georges Day reenectment weekend).

How is everyone else fixed?

I think the only one of Martins dates I cant make is 9th April (Napoleonic event).

So will check for 9th of april with MAW see what we can do.

Tim means the only date he cannot manage is 9th April, he is OK for the others.

I am away 12/13th March now, as ell as the other dates.

March 5th is available for walk round, they have game on 6th so will be on site sorting on the Saturday. Can everyone confirm yes and I will get back to them ASAP.

I'll need to be back in Sheffield by early evening on the 5th as my daughter is coming to visit and we are going out, so preferably not too late in the day for the visit.

Yeah I will try and get us on as early as is good for everyone.

Guys have got a bit of an issue. To be honest the start of this year has not been too good but it has left me with a bit of a burnt out feeling at a lot of things.

I am thinking that I may not be fully motivated to move on with something this year and I wouldn't want to do it If I did feel like that closer to an event as it would just be harmful and disrespectful to the players.

At the moment I think I may just have some time off and come back more enthused.

If you guys still wish to run an event under the 900 days banner then I have no problem with that.

I hope you all understand.

Sorry to hear that Kie, I thought you'd gone a bit quiet.

As we have a tentative date in the diary for both a site visit and a game, we could proceed with setting up the next game for October and hope you return refreshed later in the year. What does everyone else think?

I will hopefully be back by the end of the year but cannot commit at the moment.

OK, I dropped MAW an email, unfortunately the 5th is off as Mark has a hospital appointment and the 11th is booked for a weekender. He suggested most Sundays would be OK.

I'm pretty tied up in March, but I could do Sunday 3rd or Sunday 24th April for a visit, how is everyone else looking? If we can't do April then it is going to be more like back end of May.

I've played at MAW before and I've got a plan in mind, so I'll try and get some thoughts down.
