In these times with continuously rising fuel prices we are all feeling the pinch.
One of the reasons I have set this game up is to help re-dress the slight North- South divide that our hobby has slid into.
The Drakelow Tunnels are situated in the Midlands near Kidderminster about 15 miles West of Birmingham, so for people in the Midlands this is perfect.
As for the people far North or South there will be some driving so it is only sensible that people share the costs and hence their vehicles.
For some reasons that still puzzle me many do not wish to tell others on this forum where they live in there user profile which makes asking people if they can help a slight problem.
So here is a thread to help sort things out amongst you.
As you can all see I am based in Liverpool and may have the ability to take 1 person with me but it will be tight, as I will be transporting quite a bit of stuff to this event.
Also the hours before and after the event that I have to remain on site may be a drag to some.
Once again here is the site address.
We need you on site for 9AM to get signed in etc, we will be looking at about 4.30 for the end.

For a location of the second entrance look here we will be using this car park for our tanks and cars as the other car park is to be used for a top side Nam game on the same day.

You will see 2 possible entrances to be used on the day I suspect it will be the one down Sladd lane.

I may possiably be able to go depending upon if i can presuade Josh at Gunman to allow me to use the hire russian kit he has at this game, as i have a set on loan from him, do you by any chance have spare space in your car or not? there would be two of us

I dont want to be too much trouble, its not a major inconvince if we cant get a lift from you, as i could just get one of my perants to take us down the night before and sleep in the tunnels, then get picked up the next day (that would give me a chance to recon the site) and it turns out there maybe 3 of us now, let me know how things turn out on your end and thanks for this Porta

you will be allowed to saty on saturday night, and to recon the site, though a few areas may be "off limits" due to seting up the game, but the site is very big and worth a walkabout.

Just seen this after sending Rooster a PM about trains to Aintree etc.

OK we need to get the travel sorted out for Rooster and 2 of his mates any ideas guys.
They are in the Stockport area and can help some with fuel costs to anyone going that can take one or more of them. The 3 of them will help bolster the Russian side considerably.
