You wouldn't let us use your glider though, warren...

Something about the excess being too high!

Favourite Arnhem moment? Taking Yith prisoner.....

....until I later realised that it was a fairly common occurrence. ;)

Yeah... a good portion of the German Army can have medals for that particular feat.

Personally it was :

- Shooting Oldsweat in the foot (it was the only part I could see :))

- Walking round trying to do a dutch accent but inevitably coming out with a bad Shaun Connery impression.

- Following Headshot out into no mans land in front of the bank and rapidly reailsing the only cover was a very tiny trench and diving into it (on top of my camera which wasnt so good).

- Realising that camping out in April really does require a better sleeping bag (but also proving that earplugs in a room full of sleeping airsofters are worth their weight in gold :D)

- Meeting so many great WWII 'softers. Its nice to finally put faces to names and also meet some new ones.

All in all I was flippin dead by the end (probably lack of exercise etc) but I had a great time. Im still weighing up the 24hr game but could be good :)

No longer involved in airsoft.

I have so many good memories from that weekend, but the best probably was doing room clearing at the flower shop, desperately trying to overrun a rather nicely entrenched Yith and his Para friend (sorry, I didn't get your name). Took 5 guys and god knows how much pyro to get them out. Good job there guys.

It was Oddball who was with me...

Yes thanks Yith I was still there in the back room about 10 min later they never cleared it out all the way so I started shooting at them again. When the grenades started up again I ran out the back door and round to the front and hid in the toilet with the door closed.
At that point 5 Germans were stood outside saying where has he gone :?: , so I opened the door shot all 5 and showed them where I was.
Sorry to the guy who got some in the face but as I said it must have been a ricochet as I aimed low.

In my defence the Brits were supposed to have our back and flank covered.
