I think for Brits its easier as most the guys who already have rank sewn on we've asked to do specific jobs already.
As its new kit for a lot its not badged, we could put a post up asking people politley not to badge up kit for this event unless they've already done so?

Good plan gadge...
I reckon some arm bands with rank on them may be a good thing anyway...
I suspect we'll be doing the whole NCO thing quite a bit in the future!
