This is the one where those thoughts will be put into a cohesive idea.
So, to shamelessly copy CW's post off the Allied forum area:
It'd be good to keep the German contingent looking reasonably uniform in their uniforms.
Remember that out recommendation is to wear a helmet - the German helmet has a very distinctive outline for recognition in the gloom so this is good to separate friend from foe.
For those who want to take the risk then a side or ski cap is nice and easy and will keep you warm in the chilled damp air. But bear in mind that the beams are low and you could smack your bonce. Oddball did a good job of this last time.
For uniform the general thoughts are that feldgrau would be a good option, but this isn't always possible for everyone involved. To that end, if you have feldgrau, badged or not, then try to wear that. It will be excellent in the dark tunnels and will blend against the walls well.
I suggest wool clothing in preference to cotton or hbt - it's chilly down there and cotton will get sodden with kneeling. Talking about kneeling - Gadge has suggested wearing knee pads under trousers. It's a good idea, kneeling on a BB hurts if you're a pussy like Chommers. 
Boots - if you want to intimidate then wear hobnail boots, but as the floors are smooth, and often wet, concrete then for H&S reasons the preferred option would be something rubber soled. It helps with being sneaky too!
Webbing could consist nothing more than a belt and bread bag all the way up to a full set of webbing pouches. You won't need to carry water (leave that at our base) or use an e-tool (don't bring it) or carry kit with you in-game (pack game bits and bobs in a small pack and leave at HQ. All you will need is ammo, mags and permitted pyro.
Weapons - whatever you fancy. While there are some long corridors much of the action will be fairly close up so any low powered guns you have will be fine. We will have a much lower ammo limit for this game so low caps are not a disadvantage and rattly hicaps may well be a disadvantage. Remember, anything over 330fps will not be allowed.
Right, that's a start - post up comments and I'll add/delete as we go (forgive me if I clean up posts from time to time to keep things tidy).
It might be worth just posting below to let us know whether you can do feldgrau or not.
All sounds good. Like i said on the other thread, I'm going for a generic SS look, in feldgrau, with a bare Stahlhelm, no camo at all.
Weapon-wise, it'll be MP40, plus probably a P38.
Me and my brother (Bosh) will be generic SS, feldgrau wools, bare stahlhelms.
Weapon-wise; MP40's with P38/PPK side arms. Oh and rubber trench knife for knife kills 
Will also bring my TM uzi as a backup in case of gun failure!

Sounds all good to me Steve, very sensible.
As evo for myself uniform wise.
If you do have hobnails i wonder if you could make them safer my gluing rubber strips between them, easy to pare off after the event but might give you that extra bit of traction... maybe?
I do like the idea someone had of one of us in civvies and trenchcoat being some sort of shadowy government/abwehr agent etc....
I will also have a spare feldgrau SS tunic (enlisted man, hohenstaufen) that I am happy to loan out to anyone about my size that doesnt have a feldgrau tunic to start with - John M possibly if he doesnt have one yet as i know he used to have peadot suit only?)
I also have a pair of EMs black/white shoulder boards for loan

As per the other thread I too will be in SS feldgrau with bare helmet (need to buy it first!). I'll be using basic webbing- Ammo pouches, breadbag, holster & bayonet and rubber soled boots for optimum sneakiness.
Weapons will be Mp40 (thanks to pete), P38 & bayonet.
Will bring my Vz61 as a backup.

Are there any rules about moscarts, shotguns etc so I know whether they woud be OK as spares?

Shoulder boards are plain black with white trim, I have a spare pair you can loan or buy off me for £4 posted if you want em?

kidding aside , can I echo the comment that if you have Feldgraus of any description to wear them .
It would be nice not to see any dot 44, oak or splinter camo smocks just for one event ... although I am aware there is at least one mate of mine booked who only has cammo HBTs .
and yes I'll Eschew the panzer blacks for Feldgrau myself ...and try and wash the white paint of my lid .

What size is your mate guy, I've a medium sized spearhead M36 heer tunic i would loan out on a bend/mend basis and a slightly smaller set of east german feldgrau that again I'll happily lend (and i'm less fussed if it gets ripped etc)

I've got the same dilemma as mine has a normandy scheme,
I was going to look into a water based powder paint to cover it up with that i can just wash off after?

I mean i could just spray the bugger back to grey but I'm really chuffed with the job i did on it for d-day, looks exactly like real ones and would be a shame to stuff it up.

Thats why I used chalk on mine, washed off no problem. 
But now I've painted it in a Normandy camo scheme as well so I too will need to get another.

How about kid's poster paint? Gloopy enought to cover but will wash off with hot water later.
