There's no way I'm going to be able to make it to the site for 5pm on Friday. My boss has scheduled in my annual appraisal for that afternoon and there's no way in hell that I can change it. The earliest I can leave Birmingham will be 5pm and I'll have to go home first to load the car. I'm seriously unkeen on leaving my stuff in the car given that my car break in was one of five in the last fortnight in the area.
Sorry about this, its terrible timing, but I'll head over as soon as I can. Alternatively if I can't get there before dark, I'll turn up at 7am on the Saturday to get whatever needs doing done.
Will you guys be hooking up with the Ludlow overnighters for a foaming ale?
Finally, I'll be offline in West Ireland for a wedding from tomorrow until Sunday.

your call -although getting there in time for last orders at Clun might be a better plan than crack o' dawn stuff .
My intention is to get there as soon as I can on Friday night, Ceri forest is a good 2 hours from central Birmingham with a stop-off on the way (literally) to pick up my kit.
Okay, going to try to get away a little early, but I won't be there for 5pm.
I'll stay there on Friday night too for ease.

I suppose the answer is if everything is done then we can go for a meal/drink - we won't have time to do anything on Sat morning.
As I have all the direction signs Ben and me will put them up en-route to camp. Stephen, you have all the tarpaulin stuff so it will be down to you to set up quarters!
No worries, if it's dark when I get there I'll just stick my Basha up and get up early to sort it out.
