CiA plus IED staff arrives on site. Expected on site by 1700hrs if possible.
Set up initial camp at point A.
Final site recce by vehicle.
Set way markers for game from Clun and site entry marker before dark
German two drop containers containing pyro, and ammo box containing gold to be left in lay-by at N plus spare ammo boxes and Enigma machine. Cross roads sign as set dressing for point B
2 water cans for all to use at A
Sunset at 2030hrs
Looks like I'll have to put a chitty in to management and see if they will give me Friday afternoon off 
Yes - we as organsiers can camp on the Friday and I'd like you all there by 5pm if possible .
I'll have to look at where I can get to via public transport from Bristol. Can anyone pick me up from a local train station or the like?
Edit : also what kind of cooking facilities does the site allow? (ie no open fires? is it hexy stove time?)

We'ell have one fire , but yes you need to bring a stove of some sort, gas, multifuel hexi etc
