Give me a big enough hammer and a place to stand and I could fix the world.
i'll kill a man in a fair fight or if i think he's going to start a fair fight or over a woman or.......
a problem shared is a problem halved ,but an advantage shared is no advantage at all
if a job's not worth doing then its certainly not worth doing well
Ah, ok. Damn, how haven't they introduced a Gewehr on the market yet?
We still don't have a practicle no4 yet but I guess we can dream .
Trailer tyres pumped ,boots dubined and a big pile of kit on the living room floor ....I just wonder what not if I've forgotten something ,fast running out of time , I have about an hour tomorrow before work then I finish at 10pm ,load the car and sleep ....

Beer purchased, couldn't find any decent Aussie beer so went for Black sheep ('cos I like black sheep ale and it has a sheep on the bottle so must be fairly Aussie friendly)
I have all my provisions except for oatcakes (why do Sainsbury's only sell fancy ones with ginger or whatever!), bacon and bread. Quick trip to co-op tomorrow to get them.
Batteries are charging and everything is in a pile on my bed to sort through when I get home from work tonight.
I have done the requisite amount of polishing for a proper Aussie impression: None (boots not polished, webbing not blanco'd, buttons and brass insignia allowed to go black).
Now I just need to think about rain gear. If only I had a nice wide brimmed hat to keep the rain off!
A bit last minute but to any of the allied 30th/airborne squad, which kit are you guys wearing?? I cant decide between my para and infantry gear so il go with whatever the majority of the squad wears in the name of uniformity

Blimey Gav, that's a fair amount of kit. I think you need to get yourself an old Bedford 3 tonner with a tow bar.

Dadio, I Think you forgot the 50mm kitchen-sink rifle!
Wake up there, Muttley, you're dreaming again!
You're not Robin Hood and you're not Gunga Din.
You're not a brave knight or a king who's been crowned;
You're just plain old Muttley, the snickering hound!
My trailer is a converted Conway trailer tent and does have a kitchen sink ,2 ring gas hob and grill plus cutlery and crockery

A german field kitchen!! Marvellous. All we need now is a horse to tow it up to the german base.
We need a panzer 8 Maus, clear it out and stick in some kitchen utilities and some comfy chairs. We now have a Haus
