Had my first visit to Sabre/Sales yesterday... And managed to find in the basement under the main shop, a box of the later style helmet liners..
I bought a cheap Tanker helmet on ebay 6 months ago but the lift the dot liner was 6 7/8th and way to small..
So you can imagine how pleased I was to find all these lift the dot liners with the nylon covering ( no black forehead) for the princely sum of £6.00..
I have just fitted it to the helmet and it fits a treat.. All that is left to do is fit a new para strap, netting and scrim and I'm sorted..
P.s. The box in the basement had loads of different sizes of liners left in it, and all brand new..
