at the end of the day does it matter weather its raining your camp is bad the suns to hot the snows to cold the fire fights are to few or to much. fight for your comrades and yours and there honour.lots of respect to my comrades and the allieds left standing on sunday morn i salute you .

ps a favourite qoute from my dad from when we were young and he still says it today.

(when things turn to shit do what the germans during the war MAKE DO)

theres nowt so Permanent as temporary

My dads favourite was "theres always someone worse of than you and there will always be someone better off" and he's right, well he was this weekend, our tent leaked but it wasn't flooded others were, those that couldn't sleep in their tents slept in cars, there were those in the lap of luxury with FACE cream ffs and spare kit :lol: :wink: etc you can see where am going am sure :wink:

As you say, it's fortunate that as parents we don't do or say the same sort of things .................... !?!

Sounds an excellent w/end, btw - couldn't have been too bad for the Axis forces, as they seem to have had plenty of time to take pics :wink:
