I notice Spiers has been posting since the fuss. To be honest I think he is embarrassed by the whole thing and by DC's behaviour and really just wants to play in his 101st kit, simple as. Despite being a bit of a nobber he doesn't want to burn bridges as tries to keep a foot in both camps, which isn't going to be easy.

I can't remember Imp being at Gulch - if he wasn't there then some of this will have been lost on him.

PBI and Dog Co and Dave B will be at the Caen event, it will be interesting to see the feedback.

Well, they certainly dug themselves a deeper hole! They'll not get much use out of any kit if they're only going to gunman games and they're too pig headed to see it. All from one comment made long ago.

The whole thing reminded me of that thread when Gadge exposed them for slagging us off on the dc forum. Similar comments and gay threats were made there as well, Bigarseuk also used the same "we'll be there" nonsense on that thread.

I was very happy to see the likes of Dave B post up. I also got a few pm's from people of a supportive nature, which was very nice. As much as I'd like to go and sit in the middle of dc and say "hello girls, who's first?", for the sake of keeping the peace, I'll keep away from gunman games for a bit. I wouldn't want to lose our moral high ground by getting arrested for mass murder.

I know what you mean about DC and they are at the end of the long rope I have given them. I spoke to Doug today and will speak to Matt directly as to his using of Gunmans name in an obserd and going no where series of threads. I think there are outspoken fools on every side of all fences which just make it harder for us that want to have fun and put something on. Part reason for my post in the first place was to try and do something as a united front and show solidarity in all camps, lol that soooooooooooooo didnt work but as so many pointed out ww2 airsoft has so may bespoke faces to it, it almost has hobbies inside the hobby. Enigma inside and Enigma hehe.
