I thought Gadge was being pretty good these days , he's certainly calmed down a lot since we had ot ask him ot fuck off in August .
Without wishing ot be cruel , the essesnce of Gadge is similar ot other mates I've got . Haven't done much , life's a bit crap and so anything they done gets blown out of proportion . He can come across as arrogant, but I always see it as a bit sad really , being blessed with long marriage, nice kids, good house and well paid job. You feel like apologising for not living in cruddy rented accomadation with no job etc . Count yers blessing and cut him some slack , for all his 2 years in the Army I wouldn't want to swap places with him for a moment .
Hmm, that's a bit humbling and perfectly correct of course.
We all need to 'belong' somewhere and craving attention is compensating for something missing elsewhere.
It's funny, as I get older (and older) I'm quite sure that everyone is either mad or weird. And that I'm the only normal one.
