Jay - I'm sure on ASCOCK there was a thread about gifting and the VCRA that contained advise from Boomer. I can't find it anywhere, nor anywhere else.
I thought parents who had a legal defence could buy a RIF and gift to an under 18. Was I wrong?

Will do some digging. It's a *little* bit more complicated than you first think, once you take into account the Guidance notes as well...
