Well, they will need something to do. Border Dash started late and ended early both days, long lunch break with no one seeming to be in a rush to get back to the game on the Saturday.
An egg roll might be the highlight of the event!

Complete downer were his 'FJ2 lads' who were complete arseholes, particularly the CO & no 2. A carbon copy of Dog Co - 'elitist' and not team players. I had to facedown the No2 (CO having walked off the game) as he said "This is a Gunman game not a CIA game. We do things our way, the FJ stick together and we don't take orders." My reply - "I'm in charge, I have to know what everyone is doing and where they are - you follow my orders."

I think you may have to face him down again Dave: viewforum.php?f=166

Ah no, that's where you're wrong. "rifleman6925" listened to the orders, argued that they were bad orders, tried to convince others that his ideas were better, then when that didn't work, took the youngest and most impressionable player to 'outflank' the enemy, then ended up getting disoriented, shooting at us and getting mortared.

Got to laugh having re read some of the "comments" made on this thread by the now "neutral" one .....so off to Piddington ( home site run by Coley /FJR2 ) to pay £75 to be under the control of Gadge .....playing a rather outnumbered SISK . If that's the "future" of airsoft I almost feel sorry .

How do you know he's paying? :giggle: Got to agree though, if josh and his gang are the "future" of WW2 airsoft, God help us all.

Can;t see Coley offering him a free place at his site somehow ...

"SISK of Cash" :ghey:

I note Josh's got his GAZ up for sale on MILWEB for £6500 ..... trapper imports them for £3K, I paid £2900 with all the import duties and first registration costs for the rarer command car variant .....I wonder if he got ripped or is just really stupid ?

Notice that SISK of Cash at £55 has attracted a whole 10 players on both sides .

To be fair, he's dropped it to a one day event and reduced it to £35.

I did think it was ill-advised to run an event so close to Chrimbo...

Makes me a tad sad when I see what people like Josh have done to the genre - turning the WW2 genre into a joke.

Yep , I rue the day we ever let him on this forum . He's made himself very rich by riding on the backs of people who did it for love. Bums on Seats boys ....saves me having to work for a living . Still at least he gives employment to "ex organisers" .
Looking forward to "Cowboys and Nazi Zombies"
