Hi matey, I offered last year so ill offer again, I have a double stall at wnp this year and wondered if you guys wanted to help promote the ww2 scene and yourselves?
I'll have a large tent set up and you could set up a banner, some pics and a display or the such like?
With all the great games coming up and being run this year would be fantastic to do another co-op weekend too.
cheers
Josh

I could do something I suppose? (Heh, apart from the coop thing of course.)

.....because I don't have anything.....plus you could sit on the desk whilst I tend to my new child, and take any enquiries.

IMHO, best avoided. The less we associate with Gunman the better.

Can I also translate that as "I'd rather blow a goat?" :slap: :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:

Anyway WE don't need to promote, we're not looking for bookings , we already ARE the no 1 for airsoft and have some strong links into the re en world .

What he wants is for US to lend HIM some credibility at W&P as he has very little in this genre.

Not all publicity is good , if we get tarred with the same brush in front of the world's No1 reenactment thang .

As for doing a co-op event , that tranlsates ot me as "I'm struggling to get any Germans as they all hate me"

So Fuck him and the LARP dragon he rode in on frankly .

Christ almighty, you do go on. I told him straight away we (I) couldn't get anything sorted in time - I only passed on his message as a courtesy, shan't bother next time.

Yes, sorry, I'm a bit stressed and tired too - chasing down to Coventry to pick up James & g/f, back to Derby, early start to get them on a flight from East Midlands - all to get them on a holiday I can't afford to go on :evil: In fact this is the second holiday - on Monday they got to the airport bound for Turkey only to be told g/f's passport was invalid as it was still the child/parent one. £250 down the drain. To be fair her parents paid for the new holiday but I'm getting a bit exasperated over feckless and extravagant youth of today. When I was a student I lived on bread, cheese and apples for a year as I had no money at all.
* rant over *

Hey, I lived with my parents and won a scholarship to go through theatre school; only to find out my friend had bought a car with her student grant. :|

Oh the youth of today.....etc.
