We are currently looking to make a documentary called 'living in history' where we would look into the British' fascination with WW2. During my research I have come across your website 'Comrades in Arms' and I noticed that you do events where you are reinacting certain events in the history of WW2.

As opposed to the Germans trying to forget WW2!
Ordinarily I wouldn't object to having a bit of fun poked out of us with the usual 'British eccentrics at play' sort of genre - there are TV crews from all round the world over here filming Morris Dancing. cheese rolling, Shrovetide football etc and I think that's fab.
But given the Sweeney debacle everything is now viewed with suspicion, which is a great shame.
