I've just been looking at the various threads again but I can't find anything about what facilities, (such as toilets, water etc.), are available on site, so does anyone know if there are any and if so what

Yes, potable water, toilets and hot shower facilities on site.
Also I believe Airsoft Armoury, Soldier of Fortune and TLFX (pyros) will be there...

Hi guys, site set up is going really well, man the beach is gonna kill us all:)
HOT showers are awsome and next year 2 bunk houses going up! Got a guy for next year to run a 1940s themed bar and do hot food too!
Cant wait to get this beauty under way.
