Have a look at the PM below. Brain is totally fucked at the mo, and I cant really think of a response. I've already said no to Webby taking a polaroid *into* the game, but i'm inclined to say yes to this on the basis that its done the night before the event, in only a very small part of the complex (which is under our direct control)

I'm considering attending Die Glocke in full SS Kriegsberichter fig, complete with 16mm film camera. I'd like to do a little short wartime style newsreel - sort of a cross between Die Deutsche Wochenschau and The Guns of Navarone .

The trouble is that for it to look any good it will require a degree of lighting - probably a couple of battery powered LED lamps. From what David tells me, the nature of your scenario rules out having lamps on during game play.

The other way of doing it is to re-create some stuff (in true Wochenschau style) at the beginning and end of the game and maybe during the lunch break - although this will be strictly newsreel style and there will be no "acting" as such. I'm only going to bring about 400ft of film with me, which equates to about 15 minutes of run time, so that's certainly a possibility (for me, anyway).

The end result will look great - cine film always looks good and after I colour grade it to look like 1940s stock it will look even better. We could also use it to generate some traffic to the site and hopefully get a few new members. The one I did for Josh at Carentan has had around 12,000 views since it went on Youtube in November.

I'm sure you have a ton of stuff to do with this game, so if this all sounds like too much of a ballache to think about on top of everything else then I'll scrap the idea and just play as normal.
