unfortunately so, although having someone to play against would be nice it's not overly important. The main point of the day is to get ourselves working together as a affective unit as well as getting into the mind set of the period GI.

For those not camping, when shall we arrive?
any time between 8:oo and 9:oo.
You'll need to be kitted up by 9am.
However note that for the first bit all you need is your uniform on... preferably with your garrison cap if you have one rather than a steel pot.
That's because we'll be having you marching up and down the square!

Those with m1 rifles can do a bit of rifle drill if we have time.
I haven't got a garrison cap yet, will a 'jeep cap' suffice?
yes... that'd probably be better than an M1 pot bashing around on your head as you do pirouettes.

My garrison cap is an officer 1, and it has the 505th patch on it.... so won't be wearing that. But my Jacket is EM.
Prolly just use my M1 helmet, M1 Carbine as weapon, that and the .30 for the actual training.
