This will be updated as I think/remember things.
1. Food and Water
We will not be returning to the cars once we head out unless in an emergency, so you will need to carry your lunch and any water with you. There may be an HQ, there may not be, depending on how the day develops so it is a good idea to make sure you can carry all you need for the day on your person.
2. Ammo
We will be providing .25s for use during the day. if you wish to use something other than this then you will need to bring it with you and carry it in the field
3. A bandage. The day will use a new system for bandages, you will start with a bandage which can be used as per normal airsoft rules of medic-ing. If you survive during a mission, you will get to keep your bandage to use next time, if you do not survive, then you will not have a bandage next time - there is a real bonus to knowing when retreat is best called for, and a detriment to fighting to the last bullet.

I like the sound of that
4. A Watch, watches are useful for all to know when it is time to do things. nuff said.
5, An awareness of the following, as it departs form all hitherto airsoft events:
You do not have ammo 'per life', dying will not get you more ammo. you will start with 'real steel' 100 rounds, any more ammo will have to be issued from the unit ammo supply which is finite.
100 rounds? Speaking as a rifleman that should last all week.
Don't forget, you're a rifleman... not a sniper backed up by smgs...
Yeah, Lardy always relies on being backed up by me and my SMG.
You've got nothing to ein, zwei, drei, vier
I'm no sniper, never have been.
Lets just hope you do as good a job with your rifle Andy.
You actually want me to hit the enemy? We both know the chances of that are slim to non-existent!
You've got nothing to ein, zwei, drei, vier
Well if you could just scare them a bit that would do.
you might be able to use a support weapon with an ammo limit of 0 bb's per life ,seriously though someone's going to have to shoot them.

Give me a big enough hammer and a place to stand and I could fix the world.
i'll kill a man in a fair fight or if i think he's going to start a fair fight or over a woman or.......
a problem shared is a problem halved ,but an advantage shared is no advantage at all
if a job's not worth doing then its certainly not worth doing well
I think I've had more knife kills than actual hits with a boltie. I definately hit someone at Patton because they said 'ow'.
It should be an interesting day!
Cheers

if all else fails we could always fall back on Napoleonic tactics, stand twenty paces apart in rows facing each other and just blaze away
