I've yet to christen my FJR kit, so what better place and time than Operation Husky! Who else is up for it?

I'm debating whether I want to go as FJ or 21st panzer for Husky. I guess it will all come down to money as usual. Either way I have an excuse to get some DAK kit. 
Ideally if I don't go as FJ then I will be for in the pocket, or vice versa.
I'd love to but I'll be PBI for this one.

Well since it's the Italian Campaign, you can wear a combination of temperate or tropical kit.
Black webbing it is then! Were farbe worn on the collars of the trop waffenbluse? I'm pretty sure that only rank patches/straps were worn, so no badges.
Also, I may be talked into buying a trop helmet for this...

KAV, are you using your K98? if so get a bandoleer and just wear the luftwaffe EM belt and buckle
Only need Shoulder straps and arm rank if required.
