Kameraden,
I was thinking of staying the night from friday to saturday. Have to admit i have not been camping for ages. Hence my camping equipment is currently non-exsistent. I have a zeltbahn but from what i read you would need four of them to make a tent, correct? Anyone also coming with zeltbahn? How are you guys staying over?
Any ideas appreciated.
Regards
Lutz

Well I will be Zelting :good: Yes you need at least 4 to make a tent, I can probably lend you a few if you need them.

Whereas I shall be in either my French or British army tent and hopefully my new down sleeping bag if it turns up in time. I've had enough of waking up with frozen feet.

I expect lardy will be in a ditch wrapped in a blanket?

Cheers

Really looking forward to this now, work tried to throw a spanner in the works by sending me off up to Scotland on the 17th, but I have an ace up my sleeve in that I have booked the week off. :D

I've fired a bullet on every continent. Nearly hit someone, too.

Hell no, only on special occasions. If I get it sorted in time I hope to be in Chateau Irish (Steiner should know what that means).

I saw that pick when I was making the Bangalores for Monte LaDifensa, I cant quite remember the name now but it was something like Gestracht Ladung?

It could be "gestreckte Ladung" I made a note of it somewhere will see if I can dig it out.

As far as airsoft is concerned all it does is the end blows up with a nice loud bang and a puff of smoke, good fun way of theoretically clearing mines or barbed wire but of course does not actually do anything. quite big to lug about so only really of any use as a game organiser prop, also only have one charge left for it.

If you want more stuff to carry I have my set of bangalore torpedoes which we used at The Corridor you just need a grenade to stuff in the end

I checked the weather this morning. Looks like temperature will stay in range of 12 to 15 degrees during day. Unfortunately some rain predicted as well but i have seen these forecasts change quickly too.

When I arrive is going to depend on when work lets me leave, hopefully they'll let me go early on the Thursday so I can get back down here and turn up Friday, failing that, Saturday start for me.

I've fired a bullet on every continent. Nearly hit someone, too.
