Just fitted a "Burst Wizard" MOSFET on my Sten mkll, along with deans connectors to the battery. What a good little gizmo this is, just "plug and play" immediate 3 shot burst, every time! Hold the trigger a few more seconds got to full auto, let go, back to 3 shot.
When I get round to reading the instructions properly there is a way to adjust from 2 to 10 burst, also if you wish, you can hard wire it to protect trigger contacts. I think my M1a1 might get one of these next.
Yeah I popped one of these in a Sten body when doing my first MP28 build to make it select fire. Once custom switch later and it worked quite well!
I'm going to have to get one for my M14 when I have funds for the pre-cocking which would be nice as it's my DMR.

Is it possible to get semi with these? Most sites with buildings require semi here and using Sten there would be great.
Why do you always carry that umbrella?
-Bad memory. Never could remember the password. Knew no Jerry would carry one. Had to prove I was an Englishman, you see.
A bridge too far
I chose this Burst wizard to use because I got it cheap from ebay, there are some makes of mosfet where you can choose semi, look on the Gate company site, gatee.eu. there are a few options.
I managed to get it firing on single once, but it occasionally double-tapped.

The "Warfet" by Gate, seems to be the one with most options, but they are quite expensive, just fitted a "Nano hard" by Gate onto my mp40 ( for the second time!) mainly to save the trigger contacts, it might be my imagination, but it seems to run smoother!
Got around to doing the " hard wire" option on the Sten, .....and read the instructions! Got "two tap" option working!
Will definitely buy more burst wizard mosfets.
Just discovered a small drawback with the burst wizard mosfet, if you leave it connected for for some time it will flat the battery, needs to be disconnected in storage.
Other Airsoft guns I have with the Gates mosfets fitted don't have this problem, have left battery connected for some time and no problem
