well the british free coprs wore i on the lef tsleeve about 15 inchs up
if that helps.

im not at home yet but i have a boook on waffen ss insignia, i can check when i get home in about 30 mins

I've looked through my Waffen-SS reference books, the foreign shields are either positioned above the cufftitle or below the SS sleeve eagle.
In some of the books however, there are notes on Eastern European Volunteers actually wearing the country shield on the right arm - against regulations.
