Looks like a ZF-41 or similar - long eye relief scope, the mount is being hidden by the leather rifle strap.

it could be a ZF-4, but the pic is to small to get the definition of the scope barrel and sight adjust 'towers' lol
But I think looking at the scope mount rings it's ZF-4 mount based - no cut out of stock mounting like the marushin version lol, which would sit closer to the end of the receiver.
