well having only ever played 101st Airborne, thought i would like a nice new image,,,,so,,,,after seing the smartly dressed axis officers at the Eagle has landed,,,,,,I got myself a stunning SS major's uniform from the film "Hanibal Rising" ,only missing item is the boots and a luger 
gotta get me one a dem!! 
The cap appears to be original SS and the material was the original leftover from the Czech Republic, so it realy is nice, am going to work abroad on the 25th for 6 months so will try and get a pic before i go.

did you check out http://www.propstore.co.uk under Hanibal rising? some of the uniforms are pretty cheap for such quality and all made from the leftover original material in Prague

I am having lunch with Stephen and Tim on tuesday, they have built up a great business over the years and are known worldwide for there accuracy and provenance of props and costumes. i often get them bits from films i have been on, I am amazed by this Majors ubiform it is stunning!!
