The Pistole 640(b), known more commonly as the Browning Hi Power, was used by German forces being made in occupied Belgium.
I have one from my Cold War kit, and I want to use it for WW2 too. According to Osprey they were liked by Fallschirmjager troops and I thought i'd get a holster and use it.
But are there actually any pictures of them being used?

Outside of that one set of SS guys at Poteau, during the Bulge, (one guy also has a M1 carbine), I've not seen (m)any photos of it in German hands.

That's exactly it!
They produced a few hundred thousand and there are about 5 pictures - then both Osprey and Wikipedia (I love a poorly sourced article) claim they were "favoured by the Fallschirmjager".

Odd.
