My understanding is that trade patches were worn on the lower right arm, but I've come across this photo...
...this shows a signals patch on the upper left arm, is this a one off, or is that the correct position for the signals patch?

Yeah had to trawl for that info when I was looking to put my signals patch on once the radio was done. As far as I have found out upper left above any rank insignia is correct. whether the positioning changes for different trades I don't know.
