Hi Guys
Just wanted to let you all know that Ai will have a regular 2 page WWII article appearing every month (from the March Issue)

Ive commissioned the forums very own gadge to explore the WWII Airsoft scene.
He’ll be covering the people, events and gear behind WWII Airsoft here in the UK (to start) and hopefully encourage the old airsofter to hang up their MOLLE at the same time

In the first few issued gadge will be pretty much concentrating on an introduction, wilh how to articles on for instance how to build 37 pattern webbing (buggered if I know)

Gadge and I want to keep the editorial quite light and not get into major detail on such things as uniforms and the correct way to wear things , but portray WWII Airsoft as fun and action packed

I wanted to wish gadge all the best and Im sure he’ll do a great job for Ai and in turn WWII Airsoft and this great little place you have on the net
And yes before u ask if some one sends me over a logo /banner Ill place the forums branding on the articles

Cheers

Paul

Yes, I'm very happy to be on the AI team and hope together we can show what an exciting branch of airsoft WWII games are!

No I'm a 'has been' rather than a 'wannabe' :).

I am however going to have to say a farewell to typos from now on.

Standards to keep up don't cha'no?

:)

Bother, I made a quip about your typos but deleted it before posting - missed opportunity for a cheap shot at Gadge there, oh well.

Great news - for both Gadge and WWII(WW2) Airsoft - will be great to 'see' us in a section of the mag.

wonder if we can have a 'bumper wants section' lol let the manufacturer's way out east know we want some cheap. but not nasty WW2 hardware

Nice one.

Thanks to Paul for giving our little niche its own little niche in the magazine.

So does this mean Gadge will be getting loads of free WW2 guns/kit to review?

This is great news. :D

Hope it won't be all Brits, though...

Of course not there will be plenty of features on Germans, Japanese, French, Polish and Russian units.

All the good ones.. :)

Lets hope we can get over the mature nature of WWII games in these articles, rather than just attract a bunch of hi cap heros to a different load out.

BTW for the record CiA is about / has always been ,about organising hi quality WWII games , not just talking on a forum about kit .
