Just found these on the net, producing US, German and Brit equipment.
I didn't want to post seperate posts in each "where to buy ******* kit from" subforum, so hope it's cool here.
There US and German stuff, to my eye, looks great; but most of their Brit stuff is weird/unusual. Some 'made up'/fictional perhaps? I mean, I've got Lee Enfield rifle slips, both WW1 and WW2 and they look nothing like the ones they've made, and I've never heard of a Lanchester bandoleer, only the Lanchester webbing pouches as used by the Navy. Random Navy issue? The STEN bandoleers seem nice and cheaply priced though!

Linky?

Cheers for providing the link, slick63.

Hmm, US stuff looks alright-ish.
I wouldn't bother ordering all the way from the States for that though. Minimum order $100 too......

Thats just for the free postage (although I bet it doesn't cover overseas posting)
Anyone got any views on the Brit kit? Is it 'proper'/actual pattern items or is it just me?

Doesn't look like much to me... Especially the SAS Assualt Pack for the Sterling. I don't think the Regts limited use of this weapon stretched to needing 'special' webbing ![]()

just a quick note to say i,m now supplying this range of webbing from all made ups,
so have a looky at the shoot and scoot mini forum page,

I first saw their stuff on ebay, then checked out the site. The Sten bandolier looks ok.
Friends meet to part - love laughs at faith;
True foes, once met, are joined 'til death!
I bought the sten bandolier off ebay and payed £37.59 ($55) delivered, however I've just got a bil from Fedex for £6 VAT & £10 handling charge
so if you want anything from these people I suggest you go to Warren, (Shoot&Scoot), whose doing the bandolier for £40 + P&P I believe

I'll probably be fine either way, customs out here don't charge for clothing and kit, which is lucky because I have to get almost all my gear from overseas, especially repro stuff, but good advice nonetheless
Unfortunately we do have just as much -if not more- problems than the UK with arranging to import airsoft guns.

I get a 'Warning' page when I click the link to that site. best be sure your firewalls work.
Another reason to get your stuff from S&S.

I bought one of their sten bandoliers and got it about a week ago. Unfortunately I've just been boned by TNT for £41.41 in VAT , import duty and a £15 handling fee. apparantely taxes and duties are calculated on the delivered price of the goods, i.e 17.5% of the value of the goods plus transport and other associated costs. The TNT global express charge from India was £92.70. So the old story "buyer beware". So if you buy anything abroad that is sent by courier rather than airmail, it is always processed through Customs so look out.
I am going to mail allmadeups and tell them that it's probably a good idea to send their stuff by airmail and mark the value as under £18 like all the gear I've got from HK and China. Oh well you live and learn, and if you want a sten bandolier buy it from Warren. Lesson learnt.

I'd contest the charges if I were you, it sounds like an administrative screw up to me, there's no way the shipping cost £92.70 or did you actually pay that?
if you didn't it's unlikely that the supplier would have as they'd be well out of pocket, I bought one of these off ebay for $55 delivered (£37.59), in arrived via Fedex and cost me £6 vat and £10 handling fee.

Yeah, I've contested the costs of postage from India in the past and got a reduction. Down from £50 to about £25 in my case.
They sometimes guess the value of the item when they can't find it on the parcel and get it wrong. If you can prove how much you paid (even a paypal receipt will do) then you should be able to sort out the correct charges.

'kinel! What a ripoff. Yeah give 'em a rocket. I'd be interested to see how the bandoleer fares- you brining it to Worthing on Sunday?
I'm a hero with coward's legs.

Like you Pete my bandolier was bought on ebay for $55 with free postage. I mailed allmadeups yesterday and they replied within 2 hours. They're obviously not impressed that their customers in the UK are getting these big extra costs. They've been very helpful, and are trying to sort it out with TNT India, so I'm hopeful of getting a reduced bill.
Yes Fremsley, I'm bringing it down to Worthing tomorrow and you have a butchers.

then you can order from me and pay £4 postage, total £44 ![]()
thats a big kick in the balls to get such a masive inport bill, hope all works out well,
i to got a bill for TNT for the first order, with shipping and dutie i think it came to £85 but that was a box at 18.5 KG
