I'm in Dorset and go to GZ on the odd occasion, if a meet up is arranged there.

Hi guys,

I've got a bit of yank airborne kit and I want to play, but it would appear that i am the only one.
Is there anyone on here that plays at combat south, ground zero or other sites in Hampshire?
Being the only guy in ww2 uniform is becoming lonely!

Cheers

Mark

Opens days?! Get yourself to a bona fide WW2 event!

Our group of 9 tend to go to GZ in the Autumn Winter time there are a couple of US troops there now and again and hopefully this year either Christams time or New year we will go down as a group and be an independant team. Last year 7 turned up but I was called away to work so consequently we would have had another 9. Apparently they dug themselves in and were a real pain in the a**e to the other teams fighting together rather than the lone wolf oped dayer (As we are mostly German we could this year have a mixed WW2 force as Gavin has his Bren ouch....rat a tat)

Try and get yourself to a game look out for the Army Group South games they are the best :happyswing: and nearest to you

Not all the time
A few of us play Brit as well, you'll find most of us fight on either side in order to keep numbers evenish and depending on the game, check out the "Stalingrad" and "Anzio" games coming up, both in the south.
I ,and a couple of others are in Dorset by the way.
Welcome to the forum :good:

Indeed, get yourself booked on to the Anzio game in november being held at Bramley MOD camp near Basingstoke. There will be a large US airborne contingent there and it is set to be a cracking event! :good:

So don’t think I marched there for this reason – it could carry another name – but because there is a very important goal... this goal I wanted to take – and you know – we are very modest, we have it already."

I'm in Eastleigh and CSW has been my primary site for the past twelve years. I've got US airborne, leg and British infantry kit as I've been a reenactor for several years. Not done any WW2 airsoft events yet though as events are usually "out of range" oop north and the only event that was organised for CSW was a non starter due to lack of people signing up.
