Am looking for a local (Essex) site to try out my WW2 airsoft gear and and happened upon this one:

Does anyone know it? If so, is it any good?
Am not a big fan of mixing WW2 with modern, etc equipped players (being out-magged is one issue!) but want to get out and play without too much travel. Unfortunately, the WW2 weekenders are generally too far away for me at the mo (though I see Gunman has a training weekend at Tuddenham in October).

Steve, what's the issue with distance? Is it because you don't have transport? If so, you could try to cadge a lift with someone coming from the same place.
I've certainly not heard anything bad about them - and news of bad sites tends to travel very, very quickly in this hobby!

Distance is in part a health issue at the mo - I've got transport but at the minute am reluctant to travel too far for too long - all being well (

I skirmish there every month its a good site with a couple people turning up in american ww2 kit occasionally. They have just finished fortifying a big area with sandbags. when i get my ww2 101 airborne kit im going to skirmish there with it but i doubt that will be for a while.
