I have been looking around at prototypes of German weapons and have found loads of stuff which was deployed in the field on trials. Anyone used one of these? Apparently the Panzerfaust was used against partisans.-- attachment is not available --

Dog trained to run at tanks. The thing on its back is the trigger to a bomb strapped to its body which is set off when the dog runs under the tank.....

A Russian idea. From what I understand they were trained with Russian tanks and so when released went straight for the tanks they were used to and blew those up rather than the German ones.

Yup and considerable trials were done. The poor old bat was to dropped in a specially designed cannister from B29s. the yanks worked on the principal that Japan had mainly wooden buildings and therefore prone to burn. the reality was they managed to burn down a barn in the states when one of the bats made a break for freedom.

Just a thought but if the chap with the Ass is not a UKARA member, will the Ass need to be Two Tone to comply as it appears to be integral to the weapon.

 Im sure it is two tone, the b&w image has just hidden the fluorescent green ass cheeks on said ass :)

I'd have thought the photo predates the VCRA, so 2-tone isn't necessary.
