As to the timing of the game I've had a look at the events calender and apart from the first weekend in August there's nothing planned for August and September, I don't know if it would be feasable to sort something out during that period?

I can see some captured weapons being used here...
Well they only produced about 10,000 SMGs throughout the entire war so I guess you would have to have been very lucky to get one. We'll have to make do with a shippment of weapons curtousy of the Kriegmarine. I think they did actually ship a small number of Mp40s to Japan via U-boat, along with a few other bits like Bf 109s.

When would be a sensible time to host this game in your opinion bearing in mind were tlaking about playing in jungle kit in the uk?
Would next summer (as in june 2009) be to far away.
Sounds Perfect to me that would give everyone enough time to create convincing kit, my money is all tied up for this year so having it in summer next year would work great for me.
