Looking good there fella. Only thing i would say is lengthen the tail on the Y straps and shorten the front ones so the ring sits higher up your back - it'll be a lot more comfy and the straps won't slip off your shoulders then.

Nice impression, the parka looks well smart. I should get round to getting a Splinter one of those...

Some really good photos in this thread
My airborne load out, just need a few rigger pouches and boots
pity the shovel looks like its shoved somewhere!
It's a very good start, 95% there, and you know what to add.
I like the way you have resisted the re-enactorisms of first aid kit on the helmet[fine if you are that battalion of 502nd or 17th div], yellow leather gloves and wrist compass on the webbing. You could forget the rigger pouches and go with a GP bag, more use in airsofting and just as, perhaps more, valid for a Thompson user.
How's that SS tunic coming on?

Excellent Airborne gear rammix. Get it dirty would be my only advice.

You might want to tuck that beret into an inside pocket of the smock so it's not in the way, or likely to get lost/damaged.

Honestly I do not like the beret, it can also ruin (damage);)

Nice job there.
I think the boots and shirt look fine. You have the distinctive part of the boots - the leggings and what you have under them looks most acceptable - same with the shirt, you look better then a chap in a jacket and a t-shirt.
I can pretty much guarantee you that no-one I know who runs a game would have any problem with that as a late war US infantry 'load out' - as all you have to do is snip of the Divisional insignia and you are any Division you want.
Thanks,
Appreciate the comments

Those boots look a better colour than what you see most times.
Much better than beige.

Cheers the boots are Harry Hill riding boots
They do have good grips on the sole so I shouldn't go AOT in the wet lol
Plus they were fairly cheap

it would be very rare for a Marine to still wear a complete set of camouflage utilities by this time.
i'm sorry but
