That looks awesome!

My German loadout - this is close in my opinion even with the cheap trouser option. I have some more options for insignia and the national emblem on the way.
Trying in my new Jap kit. Haven't got the puttees quite figured out but the rest is looking good. That backpack was a pain in the arse to sort out though.

Looks absolutely cracking mate! I said it over on the Tulagi game thread but its worth saying again: I'm so impressed with all you guys portraying the Japanese. The level of commitment in is awesome!
looks great i did not order the backpack in the end , wish i had now lol though guess i should have some lackey carrying my stuff
Thanks for the comments guys! It is a nice kit to wear though I think the sizes are off slightly. My Hiki Russian kit is in size large but is a little big for me while this Japanese large uniform is a bit snug. Ah well, it'll do. Need to figure out the puttees now.

Ralph
Nice one Granger, my IJA kit feels a bit Spartan now!
I've fired a bullet on every continent. Nearly hit someone, too.
both looking good
our kempei-tai officer approves
Looking good chaps!

Hopefully too many missions won't involve the use of spades as the jap one is a PITA to tie on the back pack. One of the main reasons for me getting the backpack was so I can shove lots of foliage in it and combined with the helmet should make me look like a talking bush.

Looks brilliant guys, top work!

Yeah, I'm keen on the angry shrub look Japanese personal camouflage was pretty impressive and I'd like to imitate it, particularly if it means getting shot less
Puttees are also handy for stuffing lumps of foliage in!

Yeah there's some impressive pictures of Japanese camouflage floating around. Not sure what the terrain is like at fireball but I plan to get there early so I can camo up with a nice mixture of leaves and grass.
Another plus side is if the Americans can't see us, they'll soon get bored and start shooting each other. They like a bit of blue on blue action

not as much as i on the Japanese side
and on the new kit bit , after weeks of trying and police visit etc i got border force to release my Nambu
Blimey that's a nice bit of kit. Where did you get that from?
Regards,
Ralph
den trinity , only place i think in the world with stock left , as not made for ages , though i must stress this part
if you buy 1 ensure they put your Ukara number on etc as the police poping around , and many letters , emails etc can be a ball ache lol
I've been lucky so far in that I haven't had any trouble like that. At least it got through in the end. How many shots can you get out of that? Will be nice for the banzai charges
Regards,
Ralph
Holy shit, that Nambu is gorgeous. I'll trade you my missus for it!
'ABSIT OMEN'
Very tempted to get myself a nambu pistol now...
Regards,
Ralph
make sure you get 6mm as they have the 8 as well i went for the later as easier to use if i have gloves on etc , though tempted by another 1 lool
