No amoeba suits for us - we're just regular Red Army.

Modern nylon waterbottle carriers I'm afraid but they'll have to do.

I'm undecided whether to break the habit of a lifetime and travel light i.e. sans-helmet.

In my personal opinion don't squash the camo strips quite as close to the helmet, twist them over the top and thread then in to the helmet net instead of right underneath. To me it looks like it's been painted on. Other than that, looking good. You going to Op Husky?

roll around in the mud to take the shine off your new webbing... it will dull down with use... fine loudout there though... spot on! :D

Yeah the hessian will snag on branches and stuff as you use it, so it will naturally get shredded and shift about,.. look at e-company's avatar, the hessian works well on that pic, breaks out the outline of the top of the helmet... but as a para you're wearing a bright tan jumpsuit anyway.. you're gonna get spotted ;)

I find that taking it off and hanging it up in the garage until it is dry helps, then wack it with a stick (which knocks off all the surplus muck) then you're just left with the grains that are in-bedded into the fibres which makes it look messy, but not 'dropping crap all over the hall floor' messy :)

the hessian is woven in and out, its got flattened over time, its sacking hessian and not very good to be honest, falls apart really quick.
