It's an original one. They can be found on ebay.com quite cheaply. Since everybody else is buying Airborne stuff
Look for "mountain parka" or "ski parka". There are two different models, a first pattern and a second pattern
(the one i have).

Yep exactly this is the type of parka i am wearing.

The hood is big enough to go over the helmet. In combination with M43/41 Jacket and wool shirt it is warm but still comfy.
My favorite cold weather WW2 airsoft impression.

That's great and a very reasonable price as well! Incidentally...on that last picture, are you not wearing the wrong pouches for a Thompsons?

It looks like a 5 cell thompson pouch to me?

Yup, not completely clear, but looks to be a 5 cell 20rnd pouch with 30rnd mags in it.

Well that's what he's got on in the first pic, with 3 30rnd mags in the front cells and 2 empty cells at the back.

In the second pic you can just see the empty cells.

Oh and that parka price will probably go up... no idea by how much as I couldn't find any old sales to compare it with.

Yes it is a 5 cell pouch. Carrying 30rd mags this way was quite common with the FSSF.

~2-3 years ago those parkas sold for about 90~140$ depending on condition. Large sizes went for more.

Looks very nice!

I thought about getting a FSSF impression a while back, but I tend to melt whilst playing in anything other than HBTs unfortunately, even when it's freezing!

You can just wear the parka without any other jacket below. This way it is not hot at all. The parka itself
is quite thin. Or you just wear a M41/43 Jacket. The Parkas wheres mainly used in the italian mountains,
but even there pictures exist where soldiers just wear their M43s. Good thing about the FSSF is that a
wide variety of combinations is perfectly OK, parkas, mountain trousers, M41s, M43s, wools, pullovers... 8)

Cool pictures Yogi!

101stairborne-506, i think you should loose the carry handle for a WW2 impression. The Bipod is a post war one,
maybe suitable for very late WW2? Are those from VFC?
