... Got around to sewing my no4 commando patches on. Stuck the needle in my ring finger. Again.
Why do you always carry that umbrella?
-Bad memory. Never could remember the password. Knew no Jerry would carry one. Had to prove I was an Englishman, you see.
A bridge too far
Fitted my new motor to my mp41, nasty rof for open days now
Cleaned my boots. After submerging my feet in mud last week.
Finally managed to get the bolt out of my K98 (thanks Yith!). Maybe next weekend I'll take the cylinder head off
Hammered a few replacement hobnails into my boots and started sorting kit out for Patton Stopped.
Cheers

Ah sorry probably my fault!
sunbathed on a lovely day off whilst revising for my motorbike theory
also weathered my mp40 slightly so it looks like its had more use than sat looking pretty for the past 8 months!
spent half the day trying to shine s@$t.was asked to re-work a really poor k98 springer conversion, really nice genuine stock and some of the metalwork but just a horrific job done on it,im at a loss as what to do about some of it.

de=tuned my no4 to be a battle rifle rather than a sniper, the spring was shorter than the piston travel by the time i'd clipped it enough, had to put a little foam pad under the spring guide fork to stop it droping out nice and easy to cock now, also spruced up the mags ready for battle
