Cheers, it's not bad but they didn't know what was wrong with him, the dr seemed miffed that I'd brought him in with 40 degree temperature within 30 mins, they asked me how many days had he been like it, he's 15 months old, I'm not playing around.

Totally the right thing wraith :good:

how dare you bring a little child with a serious temperature, (pyrexia or something mrs porta calls it at work)

there are all the alcohol and drug induced people to treat first for their self inflicted wounds :banghead:

1 point to Mr Porta - it is in fact a pyrexia. You should've taken the doctors name.

... Attended an open day in WW2 kit and had a great time in the sun! The day was made even better by my ever-tempermental PPSh-41 working, and even the fire selector was working- until i charged fearlessly at the enemy with a cry of 'urraaaaah!!!!', pulled the trigger and it fired once. Needless to say i was lit up

Thought I should collect all these photos I come across of WWII Brits with their hands in their pockets and stage an exhibition called “Well Look at That Now”.

To be honest, it wasn't that uncomfortable to have it on your shoulders. Only heavy..... no pain no gain...
