I found being a trader there...

You were trading at Beltring? I didn't see you. What stall were you on?

Had to spend almost £100 on kit for my lads' cadet annual camp, which he goes on next friday. Despite weeks and weeks of asking for a kitlist, so I'd have time to get get it all from shows/car boots, etc. I've now had to order it all online, talk about bad organisation! It would have been even more money but, luckily, I still have quite a bit of my old army kit. It's also taken over 6 months for him to get his uniform and it's still missing some stuff! No wonder the turnover in the cadets is so high.

When I want your opinion - I'll tell you what it is!

...jumped out of my skin when the wardrobe rail colapsed under the weight of ww2 webbing and uniforms  The spare room is now piled high with stuff and my mum is coming to stay tomorrow. Off to Wickes I think.

Am preparing a test explosion in readiness for the Victory Show - We are doing 21 x 1000lbers from the Vulcan (if she doesn't fly/show up they will be below the Lanc and if she doesn't fly/show up they will be below the Sally B) and we have to get it right. May - and I say may - post a vid if we all survive.......

Helps to be paid pennies, and do most of the work in the office! That way they struggle to let you go I guess.
